Our Mission
Welcome to Oak Island Pilates, a small boutique studio designed to offer a personalized, supportive movement experience. We feature Balanced Body studio-grade Pilates equipment chosen for both safety and comfort, ensuring every client can move with confidence and control. Our certified and experienced instructors provide attentive, individualized guidance in a thoughtfully designed space of just five tower and reformer combo stations.
Conveniently located with easy access from Long Beach Road and just blocks from the beach, our studio offers a calm, coastal setting for your practice. Southport Pilates is proud to present this new space on the island, bringing high-quality Pilates instruction and community to Oak Island.
